This transformative program comprises five enriching modules, each thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse learning styles, including auditory, visual, and kinesthetic approaches. By incorporating experiential learning, participants have been able to actively engage, practice, and internalize new skills and knowledge acquired in every session. Slavery, Jim Crow, redlining, gentrification and mass incarceration, all systems intentionally created to efface the identity of a people, Black People, “OUR PEOPLE”. TWE has purposefully created HOWH using African History, artifacts, garments, cultural arts and storytelling to create an affirming space where an expose’ and African fashion show is used to educate, enrich and elevate black families. Black Families are invited to an African Culturally affirming space for a complete physical, mental, spiritual and emotional experience, for an opportunity to raise the consciousness of our historical lineage and royal heritage through education. At the completion of the expose’, there will be a discussion along with a declaration and dedication ceremony. We look back for identification, look at the present for evaluation, and look to the future with aspiration. WE MUST NEVER FORGET OUR ROYAL ROOTS.

As a community, we have loss much through COVID 19, community violence, suicide and death as a whole. Long Live Love Foundation and Total Woman Empowerment Inc. is inviting you to join us in honoring and paying homage to our loved ones by recognizing their legacies.

Define your Purpose, Own your Own Journey, and Walking into your Destiny

The Workshop is an interactive workshop where participants engage in activities and discuss. It will focus on identifying what trauma is, the impact it has on an individual, family and community. During the workshop participants will also learn how to tear down the barriers it may have created and rebuild their lives.
